1. General Provisions

  1. These User Account Terms (“Terms”) govern the creation and use of a user account (“Account”) on the website https://chlodnicze.com (“the Store”).

  4. These Terms form an integral part of the Store’s Terms & Conditions. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.

2. Creating an Account

  1. An Account can be created:
    1. by completing the registration form available in the Store,
    2. automatically during checkout (if the user chooses that option).
  2. To create an Account, the user must provide:
    1. a valid email address,
    2. a password,
    3. name and surname or business name,
    4. billing and delivery address,
    5. VAT number (NIP) for business customers (B2B).
  3. When creating an Account, the user must:
    1. accept these User Account Terms,
    2. accept the Store’s Terms & Conditions,
    3. accept the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy,
    4. confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
  4. Providing a VAT number automatically classifies the user as a business customer (B2B), to whom no withdrawal rights apply, unless local laws provide otherwise.

3. Logging Into the Account

  1. Login is performed using:
    1. the email address used during registration,
    2. the password set by the user.
  2. The user is responsible for keeping login data confidential.
  3. If the user forgets their password, they may reset it using the “Forgot Password” function.

4. Account Features

A user Account allows:

  1. viewing order history,
  2. reviewing the status of current orders,
  3. storing delivery and billing addresses,
  4. updating personal or business data,
  5. quicker checkout during future orders,
  6. downloading invoices (if available),
  7. managing communication preferences,
  8. saving business data for B2B purchases.

5. User Obligations

  1. Users must:
    1. provide accurate and up-to-date information,
    2. keep their password secure,
    3. use the Account in compliance with the law and these Terms,
    4. update their data if it changes.
  2. Users are fully responsible for actions taken using their Account.
  3. Users must not:
    1. provide false information,
    2. impersonate another person or business entity,
    3. share access credentials with third parties,
    4. use the Account for unlawful purposes.

6. Rules for Business Accounts (B2B)

  1. Business Accounts must include:
    1. the correct business name,
    2. a valid VAT number (NIP),
    3. a registered business address.
  2. The Seller may:
    1. verify business information in public registers (e.g., CEIDG, KRS, GUS),
    2. request additional confirmation of identity or company affiliation,
    3. refuse order processing if data is incorrect or suspicious.
  3. B2B customers:
    1. do not have a right of withdrawal,
    2. are fully responsible for selecting appropriate products for their business needs,
    3. accept liability under the Polish Civil Code.

7. Security of the Account

  1. The Seller implements technical and organizational measures to secure data, including:
    1. SSL encryption,
    2. WordPress/WooCommerce security mechanisms,
    3. access control and backups,
    4. server-level protections.
  2. The user must:
    1. choose a strong password,
    2. secure their device against malware,
    3. log out after using their Account.
  3. The Seller is not responsible for:
    1. damage caused by password disclosure to third parties,
    2. unauthorized access resulting from user negligence,
    3. malware or vulnerabilities on the user’s device.

8. Suspension or Deletion of the Account

  1. The Seller may suspend or limit access to the Account if:
    1. the user violates these Terms,
    2. the user provides false or misleading information,
    3. security risks or misuse are detected.
  2. The Seller may delete the Account if:
    1. violations are serious or repeated,
    2. the Account has been inactive for 24 months,
    3. the user submits a deletion request.
  3. Deleting an Account:
    1. does not affect orders already processed,
    2. does not erase data required by law (e.g., accounting data).

9. Personal Data Processing

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with:
    1. the Privacy Policy,
    2. the Cookies Policy,
    3. GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
  2. Data is processed for:
    1. providing Account features,
    2. order handling,
    3. maintaining security,
    4. complying with legal obligations,
    5. communication with the user.
  3. Users have the right to:
    1. access their data,
    2. correct it,
    3. request deletion,
    4. restrict processing,
    5. object to processing,
    6. request data portability,
    7. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

10. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller may update these Terms due to legal, technical, or organizational changes.
  2. Users will be informed of significant updates that affect their rights or obligations.
  3. Matters not regulated herein are governed by:
    1. the Store’s Terms & Conditions,
    2. the Privacy Policy,
    3. applicable Polish law.
  4. In the case of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version prevails.
