1. General Provisions
- These User Account Terms (“Terms”) govern the creation and use of a user account (“Account”) on the website https://chlodnicze.com (“the Store”).

2. Creating an Account

- by completing the registration form available in the Store,
- automatically during checkout (if the user chooses that option).

- a valid email address,
- a password,
- name and surname or business name,
- billing and delivery address,
- VAT number (NIP) for business customers (B2B).

When creating an Account, the user must:
- accept these User Account Terms,
- accept the Store’s Terms & Conditions,
- accept the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy,
- confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
- Providing a VAT number automatically classifies the user as a business customer (B2B), to whom no withdrawal rights apply, unless local laws provide otherwise.
3. Logging Into the Account

Login is performed using:
- the email address used during registration,
- the password set by the user.
- The user is responsible for keeping login data confidential.
- If the user forgets their password, they may reset it using the “Forgot Password” function.
4. Account Features
A user Account allows:
- viewing order history,
- reviewing the status of current orders,
- storing delivery and billing addresses,
- updating personal or business data,
- quicker checkout during future orders,
- downloading invoices (if available),
- managing communication preferences,
- saving business data for B2B purchases.
5. User Obligations

Users must:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information,
- keep their password secure,
- use the Account in compliance with the law and these Terms,
- update their data if it changes.
- Users are fully responsible for actions taken using their Account.

Users must not:
- provide false information,
- impersonate another person or business entity,
- share access credentials with third parties,
- use the Account for unlawful purposes.
6. Rules for Business Accounts (B2B)

Business Accounts must include:
- the correct business name,
- a valid VAT number (NIP),
- a registered business address.

The Seller may:
- verify business information in public registers (e.g., CEIDG, KRS, GUS),
- request additional confirmation of identity or company affiliation,
- refuse order processing if data is incorrect or suspicious.

B2B customers:
- do not have a right of withdrawal,
- are fully responsible for selecting appropriate products for their business needs,
- accept liability under the Polish Civil Code.
7. Security of the Account

The Seller implements technical and organizational measures to secure data, including:
- SSL encryption,
- WordPress/WooCommerce security mechanisms,
- access control and backups,
- server-level protections.

The user must:
- choose a strong password,
- secure their device against malware,
- log out after using their Account.

The Seller is not responsible for:
- damage caused by password disclosure to third parties,
- unauthorized access resulting from user negligence,
- malware or vulnerabilities on the user’s device.
8. Suspension or Deletion of the Account

The Seller may suspend or limit access to the Account if:
- the user violates these Terms,
- the user provides false or misleading information,
- security risks or misuse are detected.

The Seller may delete the Account if:
- violations are serious or repeated,
- the Account has been inactive for 24 months,
- the user submits a deletion request.

Deleting an Account:
- does not affect orders already processed,
- does not erase data required by law (e.g., accounting data).
9. Personal Data Processing

- the Cookies Policy,

- providing Account features,
- order handling,
