Do you offer transport and installation of purchased devices?
Yes, we offer transport of devices throughout the country and their installation at the location indicated by the customer, after prior arrangement of the implementation conditions .
Do you sell used equipment?
Yes, we have a wide range of used equipment – each item is technically tested, inspected and covered by a start-up warranty.
How long does it take to process an order?
Delivery times vary depending on the product type. Most devices are in stock and ship within 1–3 business days. Custom-made devices ship within 2–3 weeks.
Can I see the devices before purchasing?
Of course. We invite you to our warehouse in Olsztynek, where you can view available equipment and receive expert advice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments in cash and by bank transfer.
Do you provide a warranty on the equipment?
Yes. New devices are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, while used devices are covered by a 30-day startup warranty.
Do you help with service or post-warranty repairs?
Yes, we provide service and maintenance services for refrigeration equipment and shop furniture – both purchased from us and from other suppliers.
